User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted through the platform.

Payment, Refunds, and Credit Policy

All orders and purchases made through the platform are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances. Furthermore, any unused credits associated with the "Submit a Request" feature are permanently forfeited once the final agreement is generated.

Workspace Reactivation fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the other participating party chooses to reactivate or engage with their respective workspace. In the event that the other party successfully reactivates their workspace, the access period timer will reset, granting the user full access to the workspace features.

Fees associated with "Time Extension" purchases are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the other participating party returns to the platform or engages in the extension process. In the event that the other party fails to participate, the purchasing user retains the right to convert the active Negotiation directly into a Proposal.

Workspace Cancellation & Status Conversions

Any fees incurred for the reactivation of a cancelled Workspace are strictly non-refundable. Upon the cancellation of a Workspace, any active Proposal or Negotiation will be immediately locked in its current state. If a cancellation occurs while the Workspace is in Negotiation mode, the non-cancelling party retains the right to convert the Workspace into a Proposal. Please note that once a Workspace has been converted into a Proposal under these circumstances, the action is permanent, and the Workspace cannot be reverted to Negotiation mode.

Account Suspension & Termination

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the system.
